The chemical composition features an optimized, narrow sulfur range to ensure predictable bead penetration and perfectly flat welds, delivering crevice-free sanitary joints that eliminate dead legs.
- Strict hydrogen-nitrogen bright annealing for pristine surface chemistry.
Heat treatment is conducted in a 100% controlled atmosphere to completely prevent surface oxidation, followed by clean-room sealing to ensure the tubes arrive at the job site free of grease, dust, or moisture.
