• Chemical composition of S32750 stainless steel pipe: Carbon: ≤0.030 , Manganese: ≤1.20, Phosphorus: ≤0.035, Sulfur: ≤0.020, Silicon: ≤0.080, Nickel: 6.0~8.0, Chromium: 24.0~26.0, Molybdenum: 3.0~5.0, Nitrogen: 0.24~0.32, Copper: ≤0.50

• Common specifications: outer diameter 57mm ~ 2680mm, thickness: 1.2mm ~ 60mm.

• Delivery status: heat treatment + pickling.

Corrosion resistance: S32750 has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, and is particularly suitable for chloride-containing environments.

Mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥800 MPa, yield strength ≥550 MPa, elongation ≥15%.

Physical properties: density is 8.03 g/cm³, melting point is 1300-1390℃.

Organization structure: about 50% austenite and 50% ferrite phase structure, providing high strength and good toughness.

Marine engineering: used for seawater desalination equipment, heat exchangers, ship parts, etc.

Oil and gas industry: widely used in oil and gas production platforms, pipelines, and downhole equipment.

Chemical industry: containers, pipelines, and heat exchangers for handling highly corrosive chemicals.

Paper industry: in bleaching equipment with high chloride ion concentration.

Energy industry: used in power plant desulfurization and denitrification systems, industrial scrubbing systems, and absorption towers.

Heat treatment: usually kept warm between 1000-1052℃ for 1-2 hours, and then quickly cooled in air or water.

Machining: due to its high strength and hardness, it is more difficult to process than ordinary stainless steel, but it can still be effectively processed under appropriate process conditions.

Welding: ER2594 welding wire and E2594 welding rod are recommended.

Q: What is the difference between S32750 and 2507?
A: S32750 contains more molybdenum, is more corrosion-resistant, and is suitable for harsher environments!

Q: Can it replace 316L?
A: Of course! Especially in high-chlorine environments (such as seawater), 316L will rust, and S32750 is as stable as an old dog!
