1. Complete Cold Rolling Production Flow

Raw Material Preparation: No.1 finished hot rolled coils go through pickling and descaling to remove surface oxide before cold rolling.

Precision Rolling: Processed by 20-high cold rolling mill at ambient temperature to reduce thickness from 3.0–6.0mm down to 0.3–3.0mm with strict thickness tolerance.

Solution Annealing: Eliminate work hardening and internal stress to restore ductility of stainless steel after cold deformation.

Temper Rolling & Straightening: Improve surface gloss and flatness to meet standard 2B or BA finish requirements.

Finishing: Cut to fixed sizes, surface inspection, film pasting and pallet packing for delivery.

2. Main International Surface Types

2B Finish: Standard industrial matte surface after annealing & pickling, the most common grade for stamping and general fabrication.

BA Bright Annealed Finish: Bright mirror surface formed under protective gas annealing, ideal for high-end kitchenware and electrical shells.

HL Hairline / 8K Mirror: Custom polished surface for architectural decoration, elevator panels and luxury projects.

3. Most Popular Grades & Application Features

304: Universal austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and formability, dominant for decoration and household products.

316L: Molybdenum added low-carbon grade, outstanding resistance to acid and chloride, suitable for chemical & marine equipment.

201: Low-nickel high-manganese economical grade for general decorative projects.

430: Cost-effective ferritic stainless steel widely applied for home appliance inner parts and cooker panels.

4. Executed Global Standards

ASTM A240, EN 10088, JIS G4305, GB/T 3280; factory COC, SGS and BV third-party test reports available for export customs clearance.
