Performance Advantages
1. Corrosion Resistance
Resists acid and alkali corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments, especially in chloride-containing environments (such as seawater).
Excellent corrosion resistance against media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and organic acids.
2. High Temperature Resistance
Maintains excellent mechanical properties from room temperature to 550°C, and is certified for pressure vessels up to 450°C. Resistance to Stress Corrosion Cracking
3. Resistance to Stress Corrosion Cracking
The high nickel content provides effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
4. Processing and Weldability
Easily processed into various shapes and sizes, with excellent weldability and stable weld joints.
Applications
1. Chemical Industry
Heating pipes, containers, baskets, and chains are used in sulfuric acid pickling plants.
Heat exchangers, evaporators, washing, and immersion pipes are used in phosphoric acid production.
2. Oil and Gas Industry
Air-to-air heat exchangers in oil refining.
Oil well casing, Christmas trees, and submarine pipelines, etc.
3. Marine Engineering
Seawater cooling heat exchangers, marine product piping systems, and sour gas environment piping.
Seawater desalination equipment, submarine cable sheathing, etc.
4. Other Industries
Food processing, flame-retardant alloys for high-pressure oxygen applications, etc.
Implementation Standards
Implementation Standards: American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards for bars, forgings, plate (strip), wire, and pipes are used to ensure product quality.
