Arrange third-party inspection by SGS, BV or other authorized institutions for key batches to ensure compliance with ASTM A240 or GB/T 4237.

2. Dimensional Tolerance

Thickness tolerance: ±0.5 mm for standard grade; ±0.3 mm for precision grade.

Width & length tolerance: ±5 mm; Flatness: ≤3 mm per meter.

3. Surface Quality

No cracks, peeling oxide scale or indentations. The roughness of No.1 surface is controlled within Ra 12.5–50 μm.
