JIS G3459 stainless steel pipes are manufactured for high-temperature and chemically demanding piping systems in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standards. Available in seamless and welded types, they are widely used in chemical processing, food production, energy systems, and general industrial piping.

Controlled solution annealing dissolves chromium carbides entirely back into the austenitic matrix, ensuring the heat-affected zones remain highly resistant to aggressive chemical media after field welding.

Proven mechanical ductility verified by severe flattening and flaring tests.

Every batch undergoes rigorous destructive testing to ensure excellent material elongation, meaning the pipes can be bent, flared, or co-axial joined without microscopic cracking.
