Production Process:
Cold-drawn seamless tubes typically use hot-rolled seamless tubes as raw materials. The raw materials undergo surface treatment to remove oxide scale and other impurities. Then, the raw materials are placed in a cold-drawing machine, where the steel tube is stretched using dies to reduce its diameter and wall thickness, achieving the required dimensions and precision. During the cold-drawing process, multiple stretching and annealing treatments may be required to ensure the quality and performance of the steel tube.

By material: Cold drawn seamless tubing can be classified into carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.
By structural precision, Cold-drawn seamless steel tubes can be classified into ordinary cold-drawn seamless steel tubes and precision cold-drawn seamless steel tubes. Ordinary cold-drawn seamless steel pipes have an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.1mm and a wall thickness tolerance of ±10%; precision cold-drawn seamless steel pipes can have an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.03mm and a wall thickness tolerance of ±5%.
